At STORM Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timepiece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original STORM presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once received, our quality control team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
