Are STORM watches water resistant?
Most STORM watches are water resistant to 3ATM or 5ATM. We recommend checking the specific product details for each model as they are not suitable for high-pressure diving or prolonged submersion.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film on the watch face and case back remains intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do STORM watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our timepieces include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues. This does not cover battery life, wear and tear, or accidental damage to the glass and strap.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our mesh and link bracelets are adjustable. Link bracelets may require a watch tool or a visit to a local jeweler, while mesh straps can be easily adjusted using a small flat-head screwdriver.
